PowerSeeker telescopes are a great way to open up the wonders of the Universe to the aspiring astronomer! The Celestron PowerSeeker 127EQ telescope is designed to give the first-time buyer the perfect combination of quality value features and power. Offering exceptional value the 127EQ is portable yet very powerful offering a surfeit of optical performance sufficient to turn on any newcomer to the world of amateur astronomy. The PowerSeeker 127EQ comes with high-quality all-glass optical components and high-transmission coatings for enhanced image brightness and clarity. It offers the larger aperture and greater light-gathering power needed to resolve the faint detail of hundreds of deep-sky and other celestial objects. Features:Sturdy equatorial mount for easy sky tracking20mm (50X) and 4mm (250X) eyepieces3X Barlow lens to triple your viewing powerThe Celestron PowerSeeker 127EQ - it's a stellar choice for children and families! The R130Sf 5 Newtonian telescope comes standard with the 6 x30 finder and dovetail tube plate that attaches quickly to the Porta II Mount. Its the perfect medium aperture pick up and go package. The PORTA II gives great performance when viewing objects at high magnification the damping and vibration being significantly reduced as compared to other lesser quality telescope mounts. Universe Today says Explore Scientific AR127 f/6.5 Air-Spaced Doublet Achromat Refractor The classic air-spaced crown-and-flint doublet achromatic refractor is reborn with the aim to produce superior-class optical figure in a short (f/6.5) focal length design with Explore Scientific Air-Spaced Doublet AR Series. These optics are an extreme value produce stunning images of deep sky objects double stars planets and the moon that are a small fraction of the price of comparable aperture apochromat refractors. Finally one can own a diffraction-limited high quality refractor for a relatively modest investment. Designed to handle the rigors of public star parties and educational outreach the Explore Scientific AR Series has standard hardware which includes a precision 10:1 two-speed focuser a 2-inch diagonal and 8x50 finder scope. You can be confident that the quality and construction of these telescopes will allow heavy use for many years and are backed with a transferrable Five Year USA Limited Warranty. It's All About the Optics! The optics in their collimatable lens cell are fully multi-coated to eliminate light scatter and maintain image contrast. We precision collimate every Explore Scientific telescope at our factory to give optimum performance. Although you may never need to adjust optical alignment the AR Series allows for collimating the lens set should the telescope ever require it. Contrast is further enhanced with multiple baffles that mask and deflect unwanted stray light. Deluxe 10:1 Two-Speed Focuser The Explore Scientific Air-Spaced Doublet AR Series telescopes include a precision 2-inch ten-to-one two-speed as standard equipment. The eyepiece holder uses a compression ring to prevent the eyepiece or camera barrel from scoring. On those prestine nights of steady seeing Saturn's Rings can forever affect the hearts and minds of almost anyone who lays eyes on them. It's nights like these that astronomers like to set up their refractors and push th The CGE Pro 925 Schmidt-Cassegrain Telescope is part of Celestron's This prime focus adapter fits all LX200R telescopes. Prime focus camera adapter converts your LX200R into a telephoto lens. Threads onto the rear cell of the LX200R series Telescopes. Requires camera-specific T-Ring. Capture the moment! Celestron's T-adapter for Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes will allow you to attach a 35mm SLR camera to your telescope. Celestron's T-adapter threads onto any SCT's rear cell and works seamlessly with a T-ring made specifically for your brand of camera (sold separately). It expands the utility of both camera and telescope. With it you'll capture the moment indeed - up close! Baader Planetarium has a high-quality solution for users of 2 inch eyepieces and accessories. The T2-17 2 inch Deluxe Clamping Eyepiece Holder incorporates dual oversized stainless thumbscrews plus a captive spring-bronze clamp ring to protect your eyepiece and accessory barrels from damage. The inclusion of two clamp screws results in a superior 3-point attachment that completely constrains your equipment from wobble particularly important for imaging applications (all typical single clamp screw adapters still allow some motion). Also for those users that are physically unable to firmly grasp and tighten lock screws the addition of a second screw doubles the locking force (ie particularly nice for those unable to grip tightly due to arthritis). The holder is precisely machined to fit your eyepieces with a minimum of slop resulting in a close accurate fit that keeps your eyepiece properly centered on the optical axis. For attachment the holder is provided with an internal 2 inch thread the same thread used on the back plates of all SCT telescopes. This permits the holder to be directly threaded onto SCTs delivering the widest views possible. The Meade #64 T-Adapter is the basic means of prime-focus photography with Meade ETX-90/105/125 telescopes and spotting scopes. Thread the T-Adapter onto the rear cell of the telescope followed by a T-Mount for your 35mm camera. Then you can couple the camera body to the telescope. To attach your camera to your Meade ETX-90/105/125 telescope or spotting scope you will need both the #64 T-Adapter and the appropriate T-Mount for your camera. The Stereo Binocular Viewer allows you to adapt two eyepieces to your telescope and view with both eyes simultaneously. In addition to eliminating eye fatigue associated with viewing through one eye for a prolonged period of time this 1.25-inch bino viewer also provides a three-dimensional effect when you're observing many celestial objects. In addition it will improve contrast on deep-sky objects and solar system objects. The Stereo Binocular Viewer is designed to work with Schmidt-Cassegrain telescopes (SCT) and many refracting telescopes. The Stereo Binocular Viewer requires you use two eyepieces of equal focal lengths and optical design. Your telescope will come with one or more eyepieces - you will need to purchase a matching eyepiece for use with the binoviewer. High quality FMC BAK-4 prisms to reduce light loss Quality control inspected for collimation and performance. Fully Multi-Coated BAK-4 prisms Foam lined aluminum storage case Eyepiece diopter scales for sharp focus

Dew forms when a surface cools below the dewpoint of the air next to it. It's liquid water that condenses from water vapor contained in the air that's become too cold to hold it. Once your telescope's optical surface cools enough for dew to form your viewing night is over. Wiping dew away will get you nowhere it will just keep forming. The only answer is dew prevention. That's where the Dew Shield comes in. The Meade Dew Shields extends the tube out past your telescopes exposed optical surface. This will dramatically slow down the dew forming process and keep you out viewing much longer. A simple and inexpensive way to extend your viewing nights.
